Procession begun at the KIsii County Offices, then headed across the streets of Kisii Town. The event was graced by the Executive Committee Memebr for Roads, Public Works and Transport. He was accompanied by the County Health Officer Dr. Otomu and the County Health Chiefs plus partners (CARE, Mwanyagetinge Care and Support)
