The leaders said they recognized that there was no boundary dispute relating to Keroka Town between the two counties as the conventional boundaries are well known and understood.
"As a leadership, we recognize that there is urgent need to offer services in an orderly, timely as well as in a harmonized and well structured manner. In order to achieve this, the leadership recognizes the need to put in place a committee to manage the town and offer services", the statement added.
