CHIEF OFFICER WATER
Ms Beatrice Moraa Ochoki is the Chief Officer for Finance and Accounting Services.
She joined the County Government in 2014 as a Sub County Administrator and rose through the ranks to become Administrator for Kisii Town and Director Administration in the departments of Roads and Public Works and; Finance and Economic Planning.
Prior to joining the County Government, she served Assistant lecturer at St. Augustine University, Tanzania. She also worked as part time lecturer at Moi University and as a High School teacher.
She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Linguistics from University of Nairobi (UoN), a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from Kenya Polytechnic University College, a Bachelors of Arts Degree Education in Linguistics and Literature from the University of Nairobi and Primary Teacher Education (PTE) Certificate from Machakos Teachers’ Training College.
