James Nyaoga (Interim County Assembly Clerk)

Mr. James Nyaoga is currently pursuing PhD studies in Planning and Economics of Education at Kenyatta University. He holds two Masters Degrees. He has a masters degree in Planning and Economics of Education from Maseno University. He has another Masters degree in Public Policy and Analysis from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He holds a bachelor of Education degree from Moi University. He was the coordinator and head author of the National Public and Policy Handbook while at the office of the prime Minister. He has a wealthy of experience in education and Public Policy analysis having worked at Teacher’s Service commission and as a Policy Analyst in the Office of the Prime Minister. His experience spans fifteen years. He is currently the clerk of Kisii County Assembly.
